Working at Son’s
Team members at Son’s are expected to provide friendly customer service, treat customers and coworkers respectfully, work hard during busy shifts, help with cleaning and other responsibilities, and follow workplace rules. Our busiest times include evenings and weekends, so dependable evening and weekend availability is important. We understand that school and activities are important too, but team members need to consistently meet the availability they provide to us. Working at an ice cream shop can be fun, but it also requires hard work, teamwork, reliability and a willingness to stay productive even when we're busy.
